Rebecca Tocco

Rebecca is an Ordained Minister of Pastoral Care and a Certified Temperament Counselor, holding a Master’s Degree in Clinical Christian Counseling through the National Christian Counselors Association (NCCA) and Chesapeake Bible College & Seminary. Rebecca is also a Certified SYMBIS (Save Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator.Rebecca’s calling to pastoral counseling was born out of her own powerful encounter with God’s redeeming love, healing, and deliverance.
With a heart full of compassion and a spirit of authenticity, she creates a safe and welcoming space where individuals can let down their guard, be fully seen, and truly heard. Her approach is gentle yet deeply transformative, offering others the opportunity to reconnect with Father God and rediscover the parts of their soul that have been lost or buried. Rebecca is passionate about helping people return to the wholeness of who they were originally created to be—restored, renewed, and rooted in their God-given identity.
Following the completion of her Master’s degree, Rebecca has remained deeply committed to ongoing education and growth, continually sharpening her skills through study and research in her three core areas of focus: trauma and abuse (including sexual violence and domestic violence), addiction and recovery, and narcissistic abuse and its impact on victims. Her passion for these areas is not merely academic—it is deeply personal. Rebecca’s profound empathy and insight are rooted in her own lived experiences with each of these struggles, allowing her to walk alongside others with authenticity, compassion, and understanding.
As Rebecca continues her own journey of healing and growth, she carries a deep desire to walk alongside others navigating similar heartache and pain. With empathy and grace, she equips individuals with practical tools for both coping and restoration. In addition to her three areas of specialty, Rebecca is also passionate about supporting couples and marriages—especially those facing seasons of crisis.
Her heart is to bring hope and healing to those struggling with codependency, rejection, anxiety, and issues of self-worth. She also offers gentle support to individuals deeply affected by unplanned pregnancies, abortion, and infertility, meeting each person with compassion and understanding wherever they are in their story.
Rebecca firmly believes that true healing and lasting transformation take place when the mind, body, and soul are restored together. She recognizes the deep and intricate connection between a person’s mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual well-being, and approaches each individual holistically—with the understanding that genuine change must engage every part of who we are.
In every session, Rebecca fully depends on the guidance of the Holy Spirit, co-laboring with Him to minister healing, truth, and freedom. She blends practical wisdom with biblically grounded tools to help individuals grow in mind, body, and spirit. Her heart is to help others realize that lasting hope and true freedom are possible—that they are not bound to the pain or patterns of their past. For Rebecca, the greatest joy is witnessing lives transformed by God’s power and love, as people step into the fullness of who they were created to be.
